By using Penny you agree to these terms. Penny is a personal portfolio project provided as-is.

The service

• Penny helps you organise financial records you provide. It is not a bank, does not hold or move money, and is not financial, tax or legal advice.
• Ask Oreo answers are generated by AI from your data and can be wrong. Check important numbers against your bank statements.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or overload it.

Paid plan

• Pro is billed monthly in CAD through Stripe and renews until you cancel in the billing portal. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.

Availability

Penny may change or be discontinued. If it is, you’ll be able to export your data first.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Ontario law, Penny is provided without warranties and its operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
